Michael joined Bellisimo in 1993 as a project manager. He has been involved in construction his entire life and has been the project manager for the wide variety of types and sizes of projects developed by Bellisimo. Michael offers additional skills in the end-to-end real estate solution of Bellisimo due to his extensive experience as a broker in Colorado. With this expertise in all phases of real estate, he offers valuable knowledge and advice. Michael was President of Campana Realty in Colorado from 1996-2010, the company was created to assist in Bellisimo’s development and construction sales.
Michael is highly detail-oriented and he brings quality to the project with his great familiarity with creative design and build projects. His attentive coordination of schedules of subcontractors and suppliers provides effective time management. By providing budget management skills, Michael is a strong asset to Bellisimo.
At the age of 15, his father and eldest brother provided the opportunity to invest in and manage his first rental property. From that point forward, Michael found himself furthering his knowledge in real estate investments. He enjoyed the ability to learn about real estate and he set a goal to be a project manager of construction and a Realtor.

In 1996, he decided to pursue his real estate license and became licensed with Prudential to learn the business. In 1997, he left the company to start his own Brokerage Firm, Campana Realty, Inc., which Michael was President and became an Employing Broker of. He established the single-person firm to assist in the sales and capture walk-in traffic of our own residential, multi-family and commercial construction/developments projects, while on-site as a Project Manager for the construction. In 2001, he was recognized as one of the “Top 30 Agents Under the Age of 30” in Realtor Magazine.
Being a native of Fort Collins allowed Michael to build and establish great relationships amongst the Realtors and firms in the community. These relations have allowed him to be selective among the agents whom specialized in specific Buyer/Seller and project needs. We have been fortunate competing and growing our presence and reputation in the community, starting as a small construction company growing into our own developments.
