The "Middle Man" / Project Manager

Ralph began his career in the industry nine years ago as a construction superintendent with the urban development of custom single- and multi-family housing where he managed crews on site to deliver homes on time and on budget.   His training and knowledge of BIM software programs allows him the ability to manage the design process efficiently from preconstruction through closeout. 


His interest lies in the design and development of the urban landscape with a strong emphasis in furthering green building principles. His daily responsibilities include aiding in the management of preconstruction planning, development and construction activities including owner/client interface, design development, estimating, budget preparation and maintenance, scheduling, value engineering, quality control, bidding, proposal preparation, subcontractor selection and profit and loss control.
