Sidehill Condominiums

One of the only new construction projects to be approved for FHA loans, the Sidehill development consists of three, three-story multi-unit residential buildings with 20 condominiums each. Bellisimo and Dohn construction completed two of the buildings in 2010 and the third was completed in 2011. The exteriors resemble modern mountain style architecture while the interiors feature granite countertops, tile floors, knotty Alder cabinets, oil-rubbed bronze hardware, gas fireplaces, stainless steel appliances and beautiful accent colors. Sidehill is a great place to live considering its close location to the shops at Rigden Farms, schools, grocery store, and several local businesses.
