Gino Campana | Owner, Founder
Gino Campana is a father, coach, builder, entrepreneur, and first generation American who has lived the American Dream.
Growing up in Fort Collins, he worked alongside his father, a stonemason.
When starting his own venture as a builder nearly 30 years ago, he began with purchasing and fixing up a small house then selling it– then bought his next house and did it again. Now, he builds world-class large multifamily projects and commercial and residential developments. His company, Bellisimo, is an industry leader in innovative sustainable communities.
Under the leadership of Gino, Bellisimo has built projects across Northern Colorado and helped reimagine neighborhoods with an emphasis on healthy lifestyle and accessible local agriculture. Gino’s passion for hospitality and community have also come to fruition at the award-winning Jessup Farm Artisan Village.
Gino has served on numerous local boards, including the Fort Collins planning and zoning board. As a member of the Fort Collins City Council, Gino leaned on his business experience to oversee a $700 million budget and helped to reduce the city’s debt by over 36% in four years by renegotiating debt and cutting waste.
Gino has built his American Dream brick by brick, but the foundation of his life rests firmly with his wife, Michele, and their four children: Alexandra, Ariella, Maurizio, and Milana.
Michael Campana | Project Manager & Real Estate Broker
Michael is a senior level construction Project Manager, developer, and Realtor with decades of experience. At a young age and through the inspiration of his parents and siblings work ethics, he learned the values of setting goals, hard work, dedication, and patience. Michael works daily to advance the quality and innovation of Bellisimo’s projects and to teach the upcoming generations the trade. He thoroughly enjoys the opportunity to be creative and find solutions for complex problems. Over the years, he has been an integral part of many projects and developments specializing in the management of horizontal infrastructure, vertical integration, real estate sales, and property management which includes project scheduling/on-time delivery, contracts, budgeting, contractor coordination.
Michael married his wife Kimberlee in 2004 and is the father of two boys, Marcello and Luciano. He values of spending time with family in sporting activities, boating, camping, vacationing, family gatherings and pasta dinners.
Michele Campana | In-House Designer
Michele brings a thoughtful and highly personalized approach to both interior and exterior design. Throughout her career, she has worked with hundreds of clients, guiding design selections for a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial projects. Her creativity, attention to detail, and ability to bring a cohesive vision to life have contributed to numerous award-winning developments.
For Michele, exceptional design extends far beyond aesthetics. She takes the time to understand each client’s personality, lifestyle, priorities, and long-term vision. By balancing beauty with function, she creates spaces that not only look distinctive but also feel authentic to the people who live, work, and gather within them.
Her collaborative style and extensive knowledge of materials, finishes, and design selections allow her to help clients navigate the decision-making process with confidence. From the earliest concepts to the finishing details, Michele remains focused on creating environments that are timeless, welcoming, and uniquely personal.
Outside of her work, Michele is a devoted mother of four. She enjoys running, biking, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
David Sorensen | Construction Manager
David brings extensive hands-on construction and project management experience to Bellisimo, having overseen the successful delivery of several of Fort Collins’ premier commercial and residential developments. His practical knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to craftsmanship help ensure that every project is completed with the highest standards of quality and care.
With deep expertise in the design-build process, David understands how to effectively coordinate teams, anticipate challenges, and guide projects from initial planning through final completion. His ability to balance design intent, construction requirements, scheduling, and budget considerations makes him a trusted leader throughout every stage of the building process.
David earned his degree from Colorado State University and remains deeply connected to the Northern Colorado community in which he was raised. He is passionate about contributing to projects that strengthen the region and create lasting value for the people who live and work there.
Outside of work, David is a proud husband to his wife, Mia, and father to their daughter, Cecilia. When he is not on a job site, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
Maurizio Campana | Project Manager & Real Estate Broker
Construction and real estate development have been part of Maurizio’s life from an early age. He began learning the business at just 10 years old by helping sweep Bellisimo job sites, gaining an appreciation for the discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail required to bring a project to life.
As he grew within the company, Maurizio gained experience across nearly every area of Bellisimo’s operations, accounting, estimating, construction, and project management. This broad foundation has given him a comprehensive understanding of both the business and technical sides of real estate development.
Maurizio earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder and completed his master’s degree in Economics at the Colorado School of Mines. He is also a licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
Today, Maurizio serves as a Project Manager and in-house Real Estate Broker. By combining his backgrounds in construction, development, finance, and real estate, he is able to provide clients with informed guidance throughout the entire development process—from property acquisition and initial design through construction, marketing, and sale.
Jena Smith | Chief Operations Officer
Jena joined Bellisimo in 2016, bringing experience across the corporate, hospitality, and insurance industries. Since then, she has steadily expanded her responsibilities and grown into her current role as Chief Operations Officer. Today, she plays an integral role in overseeing company operations, strengthening internal processes, and fostering the collaborative culture that defines Bellisimo.
A longtime Northern Colorado resident, Jena earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and Media Studies from Colorado State University. Her professional approach is grounded in clear communication, thoughtful organization, and a genuine commitment to supporting both her colleagues and the clients Bellisimo serves.
Known for her exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and unwavering dependability, Jena has a unique ability to anticipate needs and keep even the most complex initiatives moving forward. Her leadership, positive attitude, and willingness to step in wherever needed have made her an invaluable member of the Bellisimo team.
Outside of the office, Jena is a devoted wife and proud mother of two boys. She enjoys spending time with her family, including their dog, Gus, and is grateful to call Northern Colorado home.
Savannah Cage | Executive Assistant
Savannah provides direct support to company leadership while coordinating many of the operational, administrative, and communication efforts that keep Bellisimo’s projects and properties moving forward.
Savannah brings a highly organized, thoughtful, and detail-oriented approach to her work. Whether managing schedules, coordinating with tenants and vendors, preparing company materials, or supporting complex projects, she is committed to creating efficient processes and ensuring that important details are handled with care.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Regent University. Outside of work, Savannah enjoys cooking, running, exploring Colorado’s outdoors, and spending time with her husband and their golden retriever, Bunny.
Dean Adams | Maintenance Manager
Dean serves as Bellisimo’s Maintenance Manager, overseeing day-to-day property maintenance, coordinating repairs, and helping ensure that Bellisimo’s buildings remain safe, functional, and well cared for. He works closely with tenants, vendors, property managers, and project teams to identify needs, resolve issues, and keep maintenance operations running efficiently.
With experience in construction throughout much of his life, he brings a practical understanding of building systems, repairs, and job-site problem-solving to his role.
Since joining Bellisimo in 2024, Dean has become known for his reliability, resourcefulness, and willingness to take on challenges. His calm, hands-on approach and commitment to finding effective solutions make him a trusted resource for tenants, property owners, and the entire Bellisimo team.
Dane DiTullio | Project Management
Dane has extensive exposure to the process of transforming raw land into thriving neighborhoods, giving him a strong appreciation for the planning, collaboration, and hard work required to bring each project to life.
Before joining Bellisimo, Dane gained valuable administrative experience with the South Timnath Metropolitan District, where he developed a strong foundation in organization, communication, recordkeeping, and day-to-day operational support.
Dane works supports project management and maintenance operations. He assists with coordinating tasks, communicating project needs, tracking progress, and helping ensure that both construction and property-related initiatives continue moving forward.
Dane is continuing to build his professional knowledge through hands-on industry experience, mentorship, and exposure to every stage of the development and construction process. He approaches each assignment with initiative, curiosity, and a strong willingness to learn while contributing wherever he is needed.
